Eliminate all the ‘shoulda’, ‘coulda’, ‘woulda’ from your life
Our coaches are trained in a rigorous life changing coaching method called Integral Coaching®. This method was originally developed in Canada and is a comprehensive method that incorporates all aspects of the client’s life in a coaching programme. Not only does the Integral Coaching® technique have action points in order to achieve the goals of the programme, but the method also deals with the Mind, Spirit, Body and Shadow (that concerns the ‘dark side’ of the psyche).
Say, for example, you want to become a more effective communicator at work. We don’t just tell you “become a bolder communicator” and send you on your way. Instead, we look at areas in your topic where you excel and those areas where you stand to improve. During the coaching program, we leverage your strengths and create exercises to help you recognize and improve those aspects of yourself where you might have lacked attention; areas which were holding you back from achieving your goals.

We work with each individual client firstly to identify and define their coaching topic. For example, you feel the need to become more grounded and present yourself with a stronger feeling of confidence.
“I would like to feel less insecure when I talk to my superiors.”
Using a comprehensive set of integral models, the coach will create a thorough analysis of the client. Based on this, the coach will design a coaching programme that is unique for each and every client. In this coaching programme, a set of practices are designed, to help the client to move toward their goals.
“I would like to get in touch with the real me; how do I feel more authentic again?”
” I want to feel in balance when I am in an intimate relationship.”
“I feel out of touch with myself and everyone around me…”
