All coaching partnerships commence only after you or your organization (here after referred to as ‘Client’) enter into a Mind n Matter Coaching Contract. This Contract outlines the responsibilities of Mind n Matter Coaching (here after referred to as ‘Coach’) and the Client. A coaching contract can have a written or oral form.
By entering into this partnership the Client agrees they have clear knowledge they are responsible for achieving their desired coaching outcomes and goals. The Client agrees that Coaching is provided to individuals and corporations to identify their potential, set goals, gain clarity and create desired changes. The Client agrees coaching is not a substitute for medical or physiological diagnosis or treatment. Coaches do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe, advise, perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
The Client indemnifies the Coach against all losses, claims, damages that arise out of the choices the Client makes in their life or organisation during or following the coaching partnership.
Our Coaches agree to appear, work and abide within the scope of the signed agreement and all reasonable requests from the Client. Any requests by a Client that are outside the scope of the coaching or training agreement will be handled on an individual basis and where necessary mutually agreeable additions will be added to the contract. The Client accepts that the Coach will cease coaching whilst any unsafe working conditions exist.
